Dziekan Wydziału Architektury i Sztuk Pięknych ogłasza nabór wniosków do Kengo Kuma Student Award dla studentów WAiSP, którzy obronili dyplom magisterski w roku 2022 i 2023.

Kego Kuma Student Award 2022 and 2023

The Award selection rules:

a) The candidate for the Award shall prove his eagerness in learning by achieving very good academic results. He/she shall complete the MA studies (second degree) and defend his MA diploma project with very good mark at The Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts.

b) The Award is given once per academic year.

c) The candidate submits to the Dean’s Office an application containing the following:

i) cv and portfolio in pdf format.

ii) a certificate of command of English at B2 level;

iii) an average of studies based on an excerpt from the dean's office;

iv) recommendation of the academic teacher conducting the design studio.

v) The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of work in the environment of AutoCAD and Rhino and have his own computer.

vi)the Award Laureate shall be obliged after returning to Poland to have a lecture for students of the Faculty Architecture and Fine Arts on his Japanese internship experience.

 Terms of the Award:

a) The Award is the professional internship at the KKAA office in Tokyo for the selected graduate. Duration is 3 months, with an option of extension to 6 months.

b) The internship shall be payable by the KKAA office, in the monthly amount of 120,000 Yen / month;

c) KKAA shall cover the cost of a round trip flight, economy class from Poland to Tokyo up to 120,000 Yen.

d) Internship period - the exact date will be consulted and agreed with the KKAA office each time;

e) The Award Winner shall cover himself: the cost of housing in Tokyo during the internship, the cost of insurance, etc.

f) the rest of the terms of the internship – according to the document “Internship Condition at Tokyo Office”.
